Junior Affiliate Membership
Are you a junior sportsperson, perhaps a member of a scout or cadet force within the UK's emergency services or armed forces. Or a family member of someone who is serving or has served in the emergency services or armed forces?
If you are and would like to participate in any of our multi-sport training days or maybe join one of our sports teams, a Junior Affiliate Membership is all you need. The membership entitles you to a range of benefits, not least of all being able to attend any of our events all over the country for free. Memberships start at just £5 a month.
At PUKDS we feel it is important to support all those that volunteer within the community, and this includes all cadet forces who aspire to serve.
From multi-sport open days, to tournaments and bespoke events, there is something for everyone, adults and children alike.
We are also working with several national governing bodies on delivering junior teams for all of our team sports.
You don't have to have a disability, illness, ill-mental health or neurodiversity to be able to enjoy our events, we provide adaptive and fully inclusive sports and leisure activities for every age group, gender and through our equality and diversity policy, we ensure that we support all ethnic backgrounds, religions, genders and sexual orientations.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need an adult to complete the application and consent forms for you.

You can upgrade, downgrade and renew your membership after joining.
Bronze Membership
Membership is FREE and auto-renews each year

Silver Membership
Membership is £10 per month or £99 for 12 months (2 months free)

Parents/Guardians are eligible to submit travel/fuel claims for attending events (where designated funding is available)

Membership is £15 per month or £149 for 12 months (2 months free)
