Families Affiliate Membership
Are you a family member of someone working or who has worked in any of the emergency services, volunteer services or the British Armed Forces?
If you are and would like to participate in any of our multi-sport training days or maybe join one of our sports teams, a Families Affiliate Membership is all you need. The membership is completely free and entitles you to a range of benefits, not least of all being able to attend any of our events all over the country for free.
We are supporting all areas of the UK's emergency services, volunteer and blue light services and armed forces families and dependents as you serve to.
At PUKDS we feel it is important to support those that support their loved ones who serve our communities all over the UK.
From multi-sport open days, to tournaments and bespoke events, there is something for everyone, adults and children alike.
We are also working with several national governing bodies on women's only teams and junior teams for all of our team sports.
You don't have to have a disability, illness, ill-mental health or neurodiversity to be able to enjoy our events, we provide adaptive and fully inclusive sports and leisure activities for every age group, gender and through our equality and diversity policy, we ensure that we support all ethnic backgrounds, religions, genders and sexual orientations.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need an adult to complete the application and consent forms for you.
Upon acceptance of your application, you will be added to the PUKDS Armed Forces Network where you will have access to all upcoming events and activities relating to our support of the armed forces.

Bronze Membership
Membership is FREE and auto-renews each year

Silver Membership
Membership is £10 per month or £99 for 12 months (2 months free)
