This children's story and activity book tells the story of PC Emma Cooper, a police officer injured on duty, who overcomes her injuries and takes up adaptive sport as part of her recovery. Her journey takes you on a path of pain and new found hope, for her and her two young boys.

This book also helps your child to understand some of the dangers that police officers and staff face at work and how they are helped by the Police Treatment Centre and other charities after incidents occur.

The book includes activity pages that you can do with your child to help build their understanding of the story and for some fun.
